2013-09-01: Welcome - Registration

Welcome!

On behalf of our St. Nicholas Church School we would like to welcome everyone to the 2013-14 academic year. This year we expect to have about 150 students and 18 teachers.

We would like to extend our thanks to the many parents who have already registered their children in Church School.

Registering children for Church School on time is very important for many reasons. First, it conveys a clear message to our students. They need to be registered and in class every Sunday. Second, it allows our teacher volunteers to plan accordingly. And lastly, it saves a considerable amount of unnecessary administrative rework for the teachers and the Church School office. Thank you!

If you have not registered your children for Church School, please do so. It is a strict requirement of our parish that children who attend Church School must register and must submit an Emergency Card.

To register for Church School you need to submit three things:

One Registration Form for the entire family (it accommodates up to five children)
A separate Emergency Card for each child, and
A nominal Registration Fee of $20 per child for the entire year.

The Registration Form and the Emergency Card, as well as complete instructions, are available at the Church School office and at the Church School website:
http://churchschool.sharepoint.com/Pages/Registration.aspx

To avoid problems please use the latest version of Adobe Reader to complete and print these forms (the latest version is XI, i.e., 11). Adobe Reader is free and is available here:
http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Please take a few moments to fill out the two forms. Use the computer to fill in the information, save the forms on your hard disk and you will have them ready for next year, too.

If you need help with registration please let us know. We will be happy to help.
