In the Now, formerly The Challenge, The Challenge, is the monthly youth and young adult ministry supplement of the Orthodox Observer. This supplement features articles for youth, parents and youth workers, upcoming events youth worker tips and family sessions.

This link provides the daily gospel readings (including the actual text) prescribed by the calendar of the Greek Orthodox Church for every day of the year. Most of these readings repeat on the same day each year. Exceptions occur when a day coincides with a movable feast day (such as those associated with Pascha).

A link to the Greek Orthodox calendar that includes the important saints whose memory we commemorate each day. Clicking on the "day number" provides the gospel readings for that day. Clicking on the name of a saint provides a short biography.
