2013-04-20: How to Make Prosforo

The Church School has arranged that on April 20, 2013, 9AM-2PM, for Mr. Panayiotis Apostolou to teach our Church School students how to make Prosforo in our church social hall. Parents interested in learning how to make Prosforo are welcome to join us.

The Prosforo will be used in the preparation of Holy Communion on Sunday April 21st.

While the students wait for the Prosforo to rise and bake Fr. Nick will demonstrate how the Prosforo is used in the preparation of Holy Communion.

Fr. Nick will also demonstrate how the priest puts on his vestments in preparation for conducting the Divine Liturgy.

A Lenten lunch will be served to all in attendance.
